Terms of Service for Timeprint
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WILDVISION Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users regarding the use of Timeprint (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" refers to the mobile application that provides photo capture and verification functionality.
2. "User" refers to any individual who uses the Service under these Terms.
Article 3 (Service Content)
1. The Company provides the following services:
· Photo capture and storage
· Verification of photo authenticity
· Location information recording in photos
· Photo sharing functionality
2. Some features may only be available after subscription payment.
Article 4 (Privacy Protection)
1. The Company may request the following permissions to provide the Service:
· Camera access
· Location information access
· Photo gallery access
2. Collected information will only be used for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without user consent.
Article 5 (Subscription Service)
1. Subscription payment provides access to:
· Ad removal
· Additional features (may be added in the future)
2. Subscription terms:
· Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected period
· Cancellation available up to 24 hours before renewal
· No refunds for unused periods
· Subscription cancellation available through store settings
Article 6 (Service Usage Restrictions)
Service usage may be restricted in the following cases:
1. Violation or misappropriation of others' rights
2. Using the Service for illegal purposes
3. Interfering with normal service operations
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by user fault.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Korean courts.
Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)
1. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary.
2. When amending the Terms, the effective date and reasons for amendment will be announced.
Article 10 (License Scope)
1. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you by the Company for use strictly in accordance with these Terms.
2. This license is limited to a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service on Apple-branded products.
Article 11 (Maintenance and Support)
1. The Company is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Service.
2. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the Service.
Article 12 (Warranty)
1. The Company is solely responsible, to the extent not disclaimed, for any product warranties.
2. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty:
· You may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Service
· Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever
· Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses will be the Company's sole responsibility
Article 13 (Product Claims)
1. The Company, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including but not limited to:
· Product liability claims
· Any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
· Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation
Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights)
In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Company, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Article 15 (Third Party Beneficiary)
1. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
2. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Article 16 (Legal Compliance)
1. You represent and warrant that:
· You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
· You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
· You will comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service
Supplementary Provision
These Terms of Service are effective from February 1, 2025.
